Building an intermittent fasting app — from FastClock to Mochi

It started as an app that only times a fast. It is the first output of a template built by studying people who actually sell apps — and the core of that template is a gate that stops you building. Later it was renamed Mochi, became a fasting app where a cat grows each time you finish a fast, and went out on Google Play.
