1. Personal data we collect
None. No name, email, phone number, or government ID. There is no sign-up or login.
2. What the app accesses, and why
- Photos and videos — to find new shots and move them into the folder you chose, and to rename them. They stay on your phone, exactly as before.
- Location stored inside a photo — read only when you turn ‘Place’ on, and only to put a place name in the file name. It is stored nowhere — read once while naming, then dropped.
- Notifications — to show which folder is active and how many shots were filed. They stay on your phone.
- Settings and history — the folders you created and a move history so you can undo. They stay on your phone and are removed when you uninstall.
- Photos are never copied — only the folder and the name change.
- Photos are never modified — no date or location stamp is burned in.
- Location is only read from what your camera already wrote. We never turn on GPS.
- The place-name table ships inside the app. No internet is used.
3. Sharing with third parties
None. No ads, no analytics.
4. About the internet permission
You may see an internet permission listed. It is added automatically by Google Play Billing to verify purchases. No photo or record leaves the device through it.
5. Retention and deletion
Everything stays on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes its settings and history. Photos already filed are yours and are not deleted — they remain in your gallery.
6. Children under 14
There is no sign-up and no personal data is collected, so no age gate is required. We do not collect data from children.
7. Your rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to request access to, correct, or delete. You can remove everything yourself at any time (uninstall, or delete from your gallery).
8. Payments
Paid features use Google Play in-app purchase only. Google handles payment. We never see or store card details. Purchase status is checked on your device.
9. Changes
If this changes, both this page and the in-app screen are updated, and the date above changes.
